VICTORIAN CHRISTMAS TRADTIONS PROGRAM

Welcome in Advent with Anne Barrett, a historian, actress, re-enactor and performer from Topsfield, MA, as she transports us back to Christmas 1895!  Performing as Victoria Yule, she will entertain the audience with a history of holiday traditions, readings from Dickens and songs of the season in her clear soprano.  This hour performance is hosted by the Women’s Fellowship on Sunday, December 4th in our sanctuary at 12:30.  Cost is $10 per person and children under 12 are free. Following the Sunday church service, Women’s Fellowship will provide a free light lunch in the dining hall.

On display will be items from the church history archives to continue celebrating our 175th anniversary.  The Chancel and Children’s Choir album recorded in 1970 will be played during this time.  Performance will start promptly at 12:30.  The luncheon is only for those who are in church on Dec. 4th.  Program general admission of $10 to the public does not include the luncheon.
