Palmer Senior Center: Brown Bag Program is sponsored by the Food Bank of Western Mass. The program consists of a bag of groceries handed out at the Senior Center on the 2nd Fri of every month between 11am and 2pm. Meals on Wheels are delivered to elders who cannot attend the congregate meal at the center, prepare an adequately nutritious meal or do not have a family or friends to help.
