Job Title: Church Administrator (Part-Time)
We are seeking a Church Administrator to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for working in a church setting, and be a highly organized problem-solver, with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
– Manage daily operations of the church
– Coordinate and schedule events, meetings, and appointments
– Maintain church membership and attendance records
– Manage church communications through various channels, including social media, and email
– Collaborate with church staff and volunteers to support the church’s mission and goals
Requirements:
– 2-year business degree or equivalent work experience
– Experience in office management and administration
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Church Windows, WordPress, and other software preferred
– Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings
– Strong understanding of Christian beliefs and practices
Hours:
-25 hours/week Mon. – Fri. 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
-Monthly Steering Circle Meeting attendance (evening)
