The Executive Council met on April 8. Noted here is information that is new from previous meetings. Christian Education is planning activities to re-engage children in coming to the church (safely). Financial Affairs shared updates on changes in church investment accounts. Property Affairs submitted an estimate for landscaping which was referred for further consideration. Stewardship reported new Faith Promises, and we now have 68 Faith Promises totaling $120,010. The Scouts held their Crossover Ceremony. The Caboose Thrift Shop is planning to organize inventory and eventually to re-open. Issues around lighting (sanctuary) and security (panic buttons in appropriate locations) are being handled by Property Affairs. “Dialogues Across Differences” is in the works (see elsewhere in the Arrow).
