The United Church of Christ has launched a campaign to raise $100,000 to aid relief efforts in Haiti following the August 14th earthquake. The purpose of the appeal is to support immediate relief efforts assisting survivors as well as to have resources for long-term rebuild opportunities. Water and first aid are the top priorities for the Haitians as they deal with these challenges during an ongoing pandemic. Perhaps the easiest way to donate is to go through the UCC website if you are able.
