In-Person Worship Update
We’re happy to see that a number of you have joined us for in-person worship. Our “new normal” has been and will continue to be an adjustment for everyone, so we greatly appreciate everyone’s cooperation. We’ve all heard the warnings of the recent up-tick in COVID-19 cases and with flu season upon us, we want to ensure everyone that the safety of our congregation is our highest priority! We will continue to follow requirements established by the Commonwealth, along with guidance from the CDC and UCC. We would like to remind everyone of a few key points: *If you plan to attend services, you need to make a reservation each week, no later than Thursday at 6 PM, by calling Marsha Piepho at (413) 245-1111. You may call between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM to make reservations. You will be asked to provide contact information in accordance with state and local requirements.
*Everyone over the age of 2 will need to wear a mask. Masks should stay in place for the duration of the service. *Please maintain 6’ distancing and refrain from socializing inside the church before and after services.
*Please do not come to church if you have been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 or if you are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms: fever or chills, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea.
*If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 after attending services, we ask that you contact Rev. Bruce Prestwood-Taylor at 413-283-5206. Per the Commonwealth’s requirements, the local board of health will be contacted for further instructions.
We hope that by continuing to follow our safe practices, we will be able to continue our in-person worship. For those of you who for now, feel safer at home, we understand, and hope you are enjoying the service on MPACT, Facebook or the radio and hope to see you soon!
